DETERMINED TO EXPOSE THE TRUTH – ONGOING ENQUIRIES

Let’s start with some points that have come to light in recent times.  .  .

Firstly there are several links that have been coming in with regards to psychiatric experiments on children in foster care both in the UK and abroad that has lead our team to a whole new line of research and has caused us to “ruffle some feathers in high places”, do we care? No not really, because we are determined to get to the truth!! Our enquiries have stirred up a hornets nest of discovery in that not only have children been victims of sexual abuse in local authority care places such as Forde Park Approved School & Langton House but they have been used as guinea pigs in testing drugs used to control behaviour on behalf of large pharmaceutical companies as well as suffering physical and mental abuse at the hands of staff, etc.

According to a recent report by NAYPIC (National Association of Young People in Care) mind control / calming drugs such as Tegretol, Largactil, Haraparadol & Pharisadine have been forcibly administered to children in care and in psychiatric units for youngsters instead of getting to the bottom of a problem and helping the child to settle and change their ways. It is alleged that a lot of these drugs are being used as sedatives to assist paedophiles / abusers in their disgusting ways. NAYPIC have also raised issues of various complaints alleging that children have been given brain scans, EEGs and even intrusive brain surgery all against there will whilst in local authority care. Coming to our enquiries involving Forde Park Approved School.  .  .

Quite obviously a lot of the children that found themselves in that particular establishment would have had “behavioural problems” else they wouldn’t have found themselves there in the first place but surely they deserved a lot more support, fair treatment and ultimately not to be abused whilst they were there. The “survivors” now surely deserve to have their cases heard and to be compensated for the dreadful abuse that they have suffered, even though some may have gone on to abuse or commit crime themselves (hardly their fault when they grew up believing sexual activity with adults to be the norm). Once again we are very keen to speak to survivors, ex-members of staff, Councillors, social workers, etc that had any connection with Forde Park Approved School in those dark years. in closing can we just say that we are tired of other bloggers trying to slate our professional work, we are here to: 

a. See justice done in these cases with those that have abused children in their care exposed and punished no matter who they are

b. To see survivors / victims getting compensation, closure and support 

c. To expose organisations such as Devon County Council, Social Services, etc brought to the attention of the courts and the public via the media.

Post stories with names in any sort of press as we are NOT journalists

Intend to harm anyone 

Finally we feel it is important to just say that some people that claim to represent survivors of establishments such as Forde Park have made nasty allegations against New Chapter and we are tired of it and are now preparing to take legal steps, so if anyone hears anything slanderous or defamatory please give us a call.

We will be organising a public meeting in Newton Abbot, Devon in late May so do feel free to come along, watch this blog for dates and times. We have high hopes of several political members of parties will be there.

The Forde Park Approved School Abuse Enquiry

We are proud to continue our research into the historic abuse allegations and to seek justice for survivors and their families of Forde Park Approved School.

• We are very proud to have made connection with The Citizens Commission on Human Rights in this case and the much bigger picture investigating Psychiatric Experimentation on foster children and those in care of the authorities.

Forde Park Enquiry Update

FordePark Approved School Enquiry – Update

Brief update:

We have now made contact with the leader of Forde Park Survivors Group and we are pleased to announce we will be working closely together on this enquiry.

There has been some good early information coming in and this is all being followed up.

The researchers from the documentary production team PARADOX MEDIA & FILM PRODUCTION UK have visited the site (sadly no buildings of the establishment survive) and are preparing to speak to some of the residents of the area.

Some defamatory remarks were posted on a blog site but we are pleased to say that they have now been removed. We wish to make it ABSOLUTELY CLEAR, this team is NOT fraudulent and our work is 100% legitimate. ALL of the information shared with us will be treatedin the strictest confidence and nothing will become public knowledge unless it is requested to be exposed. We are here to seek justice for the survivors and their families and to ultimately bring some closure. We are also here to seek compensation for the same and to see any perpetrator / abuser that has not yet been convicted brought before the courts.

There has been far too much “sweeping under the carpet” and blatant “mistreatment / discrimination” of survivors and we intend to make certain that these injustices are redressed during this case review.

The damage done to victims/survivors will NEVER go away, it will be a part of your life until you die. Nothing can change that. But your perception of it can change. Your perception of yourself can change with it.

Forde Park Approved School – Information Appeal

Forde Park Approved School Historic Abuse Case Information Appeal

We are pleased to announce that we have been given a real chance to undertake some enquiries into an alleged sadistic paedophile ring that operated for at least 25 years at Forde Park Approved School in Newtron Abbot, Devon. One of Forde Park’s alleged victims was the famous paedophile William Goad, he blamed the school for “messing his whole life up” he died in prison aged sixty eight years.

Whilst some of the “Survivors of Forde Park” have won compensation awards totalling more than one & a half million pounds  that is only a drop in the ocean to what still needs to be exposed & victims that still need to be helped and supported, We have various allegations before us, some of which seem bizarre but nonetheless we believe to be true and we are appealing for other survivors / witnesses to come forward so that we can bring cases to light and exposure. Once we have information collated we will organise a group meeting to discuss things as well as private meetings with individuals.

We are also working with a Devon based independent production company:  Paradox Media & Film Production UK with a view to a full expose documentary on this dreadful case, so there is a great deal to come from this.

New Chapter specialise in cases that may have been left behind, put on a back burner or simply forgotten by the authorities. Missing Persons:

We know all too well that having a family member that is missing is a very traumatic time for those left behind, not knowing the truth / getting closure is often very difficult, yet so often we meet cases where the authorities have just stood the case down for reasons often best known only to themselves. Families try hard to get access to files & important documents with little or no success, whereas we at New Chapter will use legal powers to access such material.

Case Reviews:

The New Chapter team will review all documents in a case from statements, letters, files, etc as well as seeking out old witnesses as well as seeking out new evidence until we get to the bottom of an enquiry, we NEVER give up without acheiving a result. Whether the matter is a serious criminal case such as murder, manslaughter, sexual crimes, etc or it be a missing person that has been gone too long we will undertake a full review and advise our clients at regular stages of the enquiry.

Case Appeals:

Cases that have been rejected by the courts, authorities, etc are often well worth reviewing again. Appeals often need a fresh set of eyes or that one piece of evidence that has been overlooked or not been discovered, maybe a simple piece of forensic evidence or a simple statement that can completely change the outcome of an enquiry.

Miscarriages of Justice:

This part of our work is often presumed to be a wrongful conviction or an over zealous judge that has issued an excessive sentence for a crime. Whilst that is true there are many other cases where justice has not been done including failed trials before the courts, crimes that have been overlooked and let’s not forget matters that the authorities have chosen to ignore and not act upon, New Chapter will happily investigate.

Unusual / Difficult Cases:

Many enquiries come to us that have been turned down by others or ignored by the authorities for many different reasons, often that the matter is complex and needs a great deal of work to unravel and reveal the facts. Please Find Ricky Hill

30 year old Ricky Hill disappeared from The Royal Derby Hospital on Tuesday 23rd September 2014

Do you know this man?? Do you know where he may be?? 

Ricky Hill stepped out of the hopsital in Uttoxeter New Road in Derby, UK to smoke a cigarette and just plainly vanished. he had recently been admitted after being diagnosed with depression and previously self-harming. The police have underatken searches for Ricky from Alfreton, but so far to no avail. You may have recently made a  friend of Ricky, or you may have suddenly seen a new face in your neighbourhood, maybe you’ve seen a man at a homeless centre or place where you work that could well be Ricky. He is described as white, medium build, short blond hair and tattoos on his left arm. He was last seen wearing grey jeans, a grey V-necked jumper, a black TN cap with black & white Nike trainers on his feet.

Recently a group of Ricky’s family and friends teamed up to walk the route of the A38 some 13 miles between Derby & Alfreton to search for him and to raise awareness. They were able to leave posters at some locations along the route but I have a feeling that the search could need to be widened somewhat.

We do follow the social media sites such as Facebook and every day Ricky’s father and Ricky’s Wife both post on a group that they have formed “Find Ricky Hill”

The pure & raw emotion that is demonstrated in the posts there say it all with sentences like:

“Ricky my boy I love and miss you so much and the pain will just not go away please come home please Ricky I need you back with me this breaking my heart so much love you now and always will your heart broken dad xxxxxxx love you my son xxxxxxx”  recently posted by his father and:

“Well ricky it’s been 13 week today since iether off use seen or heard anything from you the day you walk away from the hospital in Derby the days get longer and the nights get harder and it’s Christmas Eve tomorrow I know if you send this please stop and think and find it in your heart we would be wrapping the kids precents up and looking forward too seeing there face opening them from Santa and your dad ricky is empty your his boy all the family just need too know your ok and most of all safe and happy so please please if not for anyone else for your dad get in touch with anyone so we all know your ok it’s never ever going to be the same till we know your ok so ricky I’ll have the paper waiting hoping you do what we have for ten years wrap precents if it was led to me Christmas would be on hold but I know you wouldn’t want the kids too miss out so for that they got there precents waiting so we’re ever you are what ever our doing I hope your ok love you more than I can say xxx” recently posted by his wife. 

We have really been deeply touched by the plight of this family and now with the festive season upon us it seems even harder to see this family going through hell. We will be speaking to Ricky’s wife Dawn by telephone tomorrow (Christmas Eve) and will be heading up to meet the family in Early January unless of course Ricky is found first. We will not rest until this young man is found and the family have the answers they so badly need, on that you have our word.

Please think deeply, do you know this young man?? Do you have even a tiny scrap of evidence that could lead us to Ricky?? If you do please, please get in touch as soon as possible. Daniel Entwistle Search – Information Request

Reviewing The Case of Daniel Entwistle

We are now making good progress with our enquiries but need lots of information and to have the evidence that we have already gathered corroborated, we have established a Facebook Group to gather family and friends under one umbrella to discuss and prompt memories, feel free to join us if you can:

We have many questions, here are just a few:

• Does anyone have background information or knowledge on Mr Joe Zugor? He was 67 years old at the time of Daniel’s disappearance in 2003. He gave a statement that Daniel often played by the wall of The River Yare and claimed that he had seen him the day of the disappearance around lunch-time. Mr. Zugor would be 78 years old if he’s still alive, does anyone know of him, maybe he’s in a retirement home where you work.

• We have been given information that says Daniel’s father (David) was a drinker and in fact still is, we have been given one or two locations where David drank at the time of the disappearance, does anyone have further evidence in that?? We only want to know in order that we can speak to regulars and staff to build a more complete background picture of the man. Maybe he frequents a public house or a club where you work or drink??
• At the time of Daniel’s disappearance David Entwistle was a railway worker, apparently working on the tracks, embankments, etc did you or someone you know work with him?? What sort of work did he do?? Why did he stop working there??
• Several play mates / school friends of Daniel’s were questioned at the time of the incident but we feel that there could well have been fears and nerves as children that those people may now no longer fear. Those children will, just like Daniel be adults (18 – 20 years old approximately). Were you one of those children or parents / grandparents to them?? Maybe you or someone you know was a teacher at that time MAY 2003??
• Daniel and his family came from Padiham in the Burnley area of Lancashire. We would like to build a better picture of the family and friends there, are you one of those people or do you know someone that is??

This is not a concise list of questions, in fact just a few of many so if you have any shred of information please get in touch, we’d really appreciate your help. We are working closely with a specialist production team “Paradox Media & Film Production” with a view to making a documentary about the forgotten cases of missing children and it will feature Daniel’s case in a big way, so once again they also need your input, whether it be information or playing a part in a reconstruction of Daniel’s last hours and the family in the aftermath, or even assisting with production, remember the production will be funded from charity assistance.

Your help & support will be very much appreciated, we want to bring Daniel’s family the peace they have craved for the past 11 years plus. We also want to bring not only Daniel’s case but many other missing children’s cases back to the public’s attention.
